Class & Events Policy

At Cali Quilt Co., we love bringing our creative community together through classes, workshops, and special events! To help us provide the best experience for our students, instructors, and guests, please review the following policies before registering.

Class Cancellation & Refund Policy

When you register for a class, we reserve your spot and make a commitment to our instructors based on enrollment. To honor those commitments, the following cancellation policy applies.

Student cancellations:

10 or more days before class: You may receive a full refund or transfer your registration to another class.

Less than 10 days before class: The class fee is forfeited. Refunds and class transfers are not available.

After class begins or for no-shows: No refunds or class transfers will be issued.

Classes cancelled by Cali Quilt Co.:

Classes with three or fewer registered students will be cancelled. If we cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another class.

Before purchasing class supplies:

We recommend checking with the store to confirm that your class will take place before purchasing items from the supply list.

Early registration is always appreciated! Signing up in advance helps us meet minimum enrollment requirements and reduces the chance of a class being cancelled.

Event Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans sometimes change. Our event cancellation policy is as follows:

14 or more days before the event: You may receive a full refund of your registration fee.

Less than 14 days before the event: The event registration fee is forfeited.

After the event begins or for no-shows: No refunds will be issued.

Classroom Etiquette

We want every class at Cali Quilt Co. to be a welcoming, comfortable, and enjoyable learning experience. A few simple courtesies help everyone make the most of their time together.

Please arrive on time.

We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your scheduled class begins. This gives you time to get settled, organize your supplies, and prepare your workspace so class can start promptly.

If you're running late, please call the store to let us know so we can make accommodations when possible.

Silence your electronic devices.

Please silence your phone and other electronic devices during class to minimize distractions.

If you need to take a phone call, kindly step outside the classroom before answering so instruction can continue without interruption.

Be ready to learn and create!

Bring your required supplies, come prepared to participate, and enjoy learning alongside fellow makers.
