Returns policy

We stand behind our products we sell 100%.   If for any reason you are unhappy with what you bought, you can return unwashed and uncut fabric that has no scents on it back to us within 10 days for online store credit (no refunds).  We do not reimburse shipping in either direction.  If you received free shipping, outbound shipping may be deducted from store credit.  

If you have received an item that is not correct, please email us with pictures of what you received at Orders@CaliQuiltCo.com and we will arrange a return for the wrong item and will ship out the correct item.

Return conditions:

• Items must be in their original condition (unwashed, uncut, with no scents such s Best Press)
  
• Items must be returned within 10 days of delivery
• A return authorization is required

How to return items:

1. Email Orders@CaliQuiltCo.com to obtain a return authorization.

2. Pack the items securely in their original packaging.

3. Ship the items back to us within 10 days of delivery.

4. We will process your store credit within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned items.
