Class Refund Policy
CQC makes a commitment to instructors, guaranteeing a minimum number of students per class up to 7 days prior to the start of class. Classes cancelled by the student prior to the 7 day period can receive a refund or transfer to another class. Class fee is forfeited for cancellations made 7 days or less in advance. No refunds or class transfers will be given after the class begins or for no shows. Classes with less than 4 students will be cancelled and a full refund or class transfer will be given by CQC, 7 days prior to class. To help prevent cancellations, students are encouraged to register early.
Event Refund Policy
Event attendance cancelled by the student prior to 3 weeks to the start of the event, can receive a full refund. Any cancellation made by the student after the 3-week period forfeits the event registration fee. No refunds will be given after the event begins or for no shows.
Classroom Etiquette
Punctuality: CQC classes begin ON TIME, so please arrive 15-20 minutes prior to the start time to make sure you are set up for class. PLEASE CALL if you are going to be late so we can notify the instructor and make accommodations, when possible. All late arrivals will not be accommodated, so please call to avoid class disruption. 916-853-5600.
Phones: To ensure an educational and comfortable environment for everyone, please silence all electronic devices. If it is necessary to take a call during class, please exit the classroom for minimal interruption/distraction.
Friends: Friendships are wonderful (and highly encouraged) but friends are not welcome in the classroom during classes. We know many customers travel to take classes with us (Thank You!) so if you have a friend planning to meet you at the store, please let them know to text you or make arrangements PRIOR to class, because they are not able to interrupt or enter the classroom during a class. You may exit the classroom to meet them. Thank you in advance!
