Ryan's Case for Smiles Sew Days

Ryan's Case for Smiles is a volunteer organization collecting bright and juvenile pillowcases to gift children in the hospital. Please join us on our community sewing days to donate to this important cause. Bring your sewing machine, thread and basic sewing supplies, as well as any bright and fun fabric you have and let's sew and donate! We have precut pillowcase kits available for purchase in-store ranging from $5-10 each (heavily discounted from MSRP $14.95-$19.95).

The only requirement is that we use non-glitter fabric. They also request bright and/or juvenile prints.

It is $5 per person to reserve your table, and we will be providing coffee/tea as well as a pot of soup to share. If you have food allergies, please bring a lunch.

You are welcome to come and sew one pillowcase, or sew as many as you can while with us. We are donating several bolts of fabric for this cause and anticipate additional fabric donations from customers, so if you have time to donate but not fabric/kits, we will help keep you as busy as you would like to be! We genuinely appreciate your time and giant hearts most of all!

Tayva will teach you the "Burrito Method" for sewing pillowcases, or you are welcome to bring your serger!
